Anthony Guida, MD
Dr. Anthony Guida is a family medicine physician and the Director of Family Practice at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. He received his medical degree with honors from SUNY Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY, and has been in practice for more than 40 years, currently with the Catholic Health Services of Long Island-owned Island Healthcare Associates. Dr. Guida also has been an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Family Medicine at SUNY Stony Brook since 1982. His patients often describe him as “a wonderful, caring doctor who has dedicated his life to helping others and to making a difference in his patient’s lives.” He has been a member of the Good Sam family for 36 years, and was honored at the 2019 Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center Ball as Physician of the Year.
